Woods of Despair 2 is a Woods themed level in Kid Chameleon.

Walkthrough

There are three basic ways to get through the level.

First, the violent way. Start by getting the Juggernaut helmet. Roll right and fire your skulls continiously to kill the robots. Most likely you won't have anything to deal with the UFOs, so just keep going right. Fall through a hidden hole in the ground and leave the chamber beneath through the floor. Then go left and cross the next wooden bridge until you reach the cave on the other side. You have to kill the UFO there, otherwise it will hurt you badly when you try to proceed through the evanescent blocks in the floor. When you fall down, hold right to roll into the opening there, because shooter block projectiles will be fired from below. Then fall down and go right again. There are bottomless pits on your path, but Juggernaut can't fall through there. The flag is on the far right in another cave and leads to Forced Entry.

The second, more sneaky way: stay with the Red Stealth form you likely have from the previous level. Go to the right end of the level and drop down the hidden hole. You will have to be a lot more careful to avoid the robots with the samurai. Once you're there, kill the robot just to the left, and dig through the rock and prize blocks flanked by steel blocks. You will arrive directly at the flag. If you choose to go to The Valley of Life by the secret teleporter instead (see below), having Red Stealth makes a big shortcut possible there also.

Third, the awesome gravity flippin' way, dudes! Grab the closest P-block to you (it's Skycutter) and flip randomly to avoid the enemies (especially the UFO's, which move randomly too) and to make it easy, go through the crawlspace below the flag. Oops, I had to open my big mouth.

Secrets

• If you crawl through the gap below the flag, you will find a hidden teleporter to The Valley of Life. Note that Juggernaut doesn't fit through the hidden passage there, so you might have to take a bit of voluntary damage to avoid Forced Entry, and once you revert back to Kid you can sneak through there.

Trivia

• This level introduces two enemies, which nearly always show up together: the Robot and the UFO.
