The Kid, never gives up!
The Pause Menu is the one appearing during the game whenever you press the START button for a pause. It contains two options: Resume game or Restart round. The last one is useful when you have reached a dead end, and equals suicide.
Whenever you have only one life left, "Restart Round" shows as "Give Up".
